The 2012 review of the Greer Police Department showed drug arrests increasing 24 percent, as the No.1 nemesis, while the patrol division showed declines in seven of the nine categories.

Reynolds and his staff presented its annual report to City Council tonight.
The Greer Police Department is accepting applications for the 2013 Citizens Police Academy.
The Academy is free and lasts 10 weeks starting March 7. Meetings are every Thursday at 6:30 p.m. and give residents an in-depth look at the local police department and its work.
