Tim Brett, a former state legislator and political affairs expert, has been appointed to the Renewable Water Resources (ReWa) Board of Commissioners.
Brett was appointed by Gov. Nikki Haley, in October, and will serve until Dec. 2016. The duty of the ReWa Board of Commissioners is to provide governance and review for the Agency.
Brett is the owner of BrettSC, a Greenville-based public affairs firm. He represented the Golden Strip for two terms in the General Assembly and served on the congressional and gubernatorial staffs of Carroll Campbell among other activities.
“We are excited to have someone with Tim’s abilities and years of public service on ReWa’s Board of Commissioners,” said J.D. Martin, ReWa board member. “We feel he will be a key asset.”
