Early this month, Harper Corporation lifted the pre-cast masonry walls into place on the 150,000 square foot spec building.
Tuesday the GDC announced construction of a new 156,000 square foot Class A industrial building in Caliber Ridge Industrial Park by Liberty Property Trust is underway. Caliber Ridge is located off I-85 at Hwy. 101, across from the BMW Manufacturing Co.
AL Solutions, Inc., a distributor of filtration products for the automotive aftermarket, announced that it would locate a new manufacturing facility in about 50,000 square feet of this space in early 2014.

Caliber Ridge is a planned Class A Industrial Park that when complete in the next two to three years will include up to five buildings offering a total of 720,000 square feet of space. 110 Caliber Ridge Drive features tilt up wall panel construction, 28 foot ceiling heights, multiple dock high and grade level access points, ESFR sprinklers, and aggressive tenant improvement packages. Caliber Ridge has been approved for Foreign Trade Zone status. The 156,000 square foot building is scheduled for completion in January 2014.
The industrial park can accommodate tenants from 20,000 – 400,000 square feet with several configurations possible including cross docking.
