The sign says it all at the Coldwell Banker Caine gallery at 104 Trade Street.
The real estate firm closed its office at 218 Trade Street earlier this month and its agents have been at its other gallery locations, in downtown Greenville and Mauldin. Ten agents will be located at 104 Trade.
"I think the gallery is the perfect concept for our clients," said Linda Wood, enjoying her second day in the new office. "We want to make our clients comfortable and to have a good experience with Coldwell Banker Caine."
A technology bar, multiple conference rooms and sitting areas and televisions for displaying properties are included in the space. The building, designed by Langley and Associates and owned by Russ Braasch, received its LEED certification last week.
“The way people look for homes, purchase properties and research new communities is changing, and Coldwell Banker Caine is accommodating that new approach to real estate services while continuing to serve the folks of the greater Greer community,” said President Brad Halter, in a news release.
