Spartanburg Regional Outpatient Center 5th floor, Family Medicine Conference Room

This is a free support group to all pre- and post-surgical weight loss patients in the Upstate area and is led by clinical therapist. The goal is to build a strong core support system for patients prior to surgery to promote healthy lifestyle changes and behavior modification that can be built upon after surgery. Patients also build relationships that help encourage and build their self-esteem and success after surgery. No registration is necessary.
