Yoga is a very personal practice and individual journey for everyone who steps on the mat. No matter what gets you on the mat, remember it is an upifting practice that promotes physical health and mental well-being. In this beginner series, you will be provided with a good foundation to basic yoga poses, breathing techniques and overall personal awareness.
When: Tuesday 8:30 - 9:30 am & Thursday 8:30 - 9:30 am & 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Cost: $5,00 for first class, class packages available
What to bring: Bring your yoga mat, water and towel
