Greenville Tech has launched a website that celebrates the college’s 50th anniversary. The site, www.greenvilletech50.com, includes galleries from each decade of the college’s history along with a forum where students, graduates, employees, retirees, and others who have been part of the college’s progress can share their stories.

This week, many of those people gathered to celebrate as Greenville Tech joined with the City of Greenville to open a new segment of the Swamp Rabbit Trail on the Cleveland Street side of the Barton Campus. A monument recognizing the milestone was unveiled in an area that will soon include benches where cyclists, runners, and walkers can take a break.

People from each decade of the college’s history broke a banner along the trail to officially open it.
