“It’s better if you know the community you serve and can make it better for them as passengers and consumers,” said GSP spokesperson Rosylin Weston.
GSP has partnered with research firm BrandIQ to create a 10-12 minute online survey designed to gather feedback from travelers about the GSP Airport experience. The goal is to understand how to improve GSP and help further develop preferred services while growing GSP.
The responses will be collected by BrandIQ and analyzed only in aggregate. No personal data will be collected, airport officials emphasized.
To participate visit www.gspairport.com or click here to complete the survey on or before Dec. 22.
GSP is undergoing a $120 million terminal improvement project – Wingspan – that has already improved baggage claim, opened additional restaurants and made the airport more aesthetic. The entire project is scheduled to be completed in spring of 2016.
