Passenger traffic for October and November was the strongest reported at Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport in Greer.
GSP reported a total of 186,344 passengers came through the airport in October and 170,565 in November.
Compared to October 2014 (171,401) it represented an 8.7 percent increase and November, compared to 2014 (158,464) showed a 7.6 percent increase in passenger traffic.
“If this trend continues GSP could see as much as a two percent overall increase in passenger traffic for the period ending December 31, 2015,” said GSP Airport District President/CEO Dave Edwards.
GSP has reported 1.78 million passengers – only 218,859 short of two million – coming through the airport in calendar year 2015.
