Schedule, benefits, and pay
• Job starts at $14/hour with 30 day raise/review
• Our hours of operations are Monday-Saturday starting at 7 a.m.
• Work weeks are 5 days and having a flexible schedule is preferred.

Job Responsibilities
This job consists of 2 main functions, production and driving. The first aspect of this job, Production, is physically demanding and will require you to be on your feet most the time you spend in the shop. This position starts at 7 a.m. and begins with organizing the morning’s inbound shipment and preparing for the day’s deliveries. As a new recruit you will be tasked with making sure the cut team is on track with the orders and packing the orders on ice to be delivered later that day. This is where being a team player will really come in as the growth rate and pay rate at this job are all dependent on your ability to step up and overcome obstacles. The second part of the job is a change of pace but will still require an attention to detail. Deliveries are made everyday we are open around 11 a.m. or noon and each driver is responsible for getting the product, themselves, and their vehicle to all the destinations in a timely manner and safely.
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass a driving record check
• Frequently lift boxes and products in excess of 50 pounds
• Operate in cold temperatures
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous meat production experience
• Back of house kitchen workers
