Jeff Howell represented two automobile entities to provide Kia of Greenville a new home and relocated Exclusive Motorcars to a new location.
Kia of Greenville will make its new home on 5.546 acres and a 33,400-square-foot building at 2424 Laurens Road. Exclusive Motorcars, the previous property owners, is moving to 1000 Woodruff Road.
Howell, of Langston-Black Real Estate, represented Russia Properties LLC with the Woodruff Road acquisition from the seller, Movies One, LLC. Howell represented JBM Leasing, LLC in its acquisition for the new Kia of Greenville site.
