International Mold Corporation, a Michigan-based aluminum design and build company, is establishing a new manufacturing operation in Greer. The project at 865 Victory Hill Road is expected to bring $6.2 million in new investment and create 60 new jobs.
IMC offers a comprehensive variety of services, including aluminum injection, reaction injection molding (RIM) and blow mold design and build services, as well as engineering, in-house tryouts, in-house low-volume production runs, prototype and low-volume production assembly, 3-D laser scanning, reverse engineering scanning, logistics.
IMC uses state-of-the-art technology to supply products to a variety of industries, including the automotive sector.
The company will be constructing a new 24,000-square-foot facility, with the ability for future expansion of up to 100,000 square feet. The facility is expected to be operational by the end of April 2017.
