Chuck Langston of Langston-Black Realty represented the Greene family with the sale of their 12.98 acres for the purpose for an 88-townhome community, Riverside Commons, across from Riverside High School.

Mark III Properties bought the site at East Suber and Hammett Bridge Road and the property was annexed into the city on April 18.

The townhomes are described as upscale. Square footage and prices are to be determined.

An additional 3-acre parcel remains for sale at the corner.
