It’s the 16th year the “Living Gallery” tells the gospel story through living displays of art. Programs are March 28-30 at 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. with an additional program March 30 at 2 p.m.
This year’s “Living Gallery” features an all-new original drama “The Shadow of the Cross,” which tells the story of those connected closest with Jesus Christ at the time of His crucifixion.
The characters include the kneeling centurion from Rembrandt's “The Three Crosses”, Mary the mother of Christ from Michelangelo's “Pieta”, and Judas Iscariot from DaVinci's Last Supper”. The drama is set during the dark window of time between the Crucifixion and the Resurrection, when all were unaware that Christ’s triumph over death was just moments away.
Tickets are $11 for adults and $9 for children ages 6-12. Tickets may be purchased at the BJU Programs and Production box office from noon to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday. They may also be purchased online or by calling (864) 770-1372 during business hours.
