Lowes Foods has announced the location of its second greater Greer market store.
The grocery store will be located at 2702 Pelham Road, across from QuikTrip and at the southwest quadrant of Pelham and Boiling Springs Roads.
GreerToday.com has also learned the Simpsonville store, 20,000-square-feet bigger than the Greer store at Riverside Commons, will feature an in-store craft beer brewery, according to a Lowes developer.
Lowes opened its Greer store last month, its first in the upstate at Riverside Commons.
The Pelham Road store will open in 2018, accordiing a Lowes official.
“We have been thrilled with the incredible welcome we have experienced since the opening of our Greer store just a month ago and are very excited to extend Lowes Foods’ unique grocery shopping experience to our neighbors in the Pelham Road area,” Lowes Foods President Tim Lowe said.
The Pelham Road store will feature the same menu of items offered at the Greer store.
