NewSpring Church must remedy retention pond issue

The site plan for NewSpring Church shows the 12 acres sandwiched between Hwy. 14 and Buncombe Road. A 65,000-square foot building will house a 1,400-seat sanctuary and the remaining area will be paved for more than 800 vehicles.
