Surviving are two sons, Luke Lister of Easley and Lance Lister; three brothers, Dennis Lister of Greer, Carl "Jim?"Lister of Campobello and Leroy Lister of Forest City, NC and three sisters, Sherry Jackson of Taylors, Karen Reeves of Landrum and Sharon Sanders of Greenville.

Bruce was also predeceased by a brother, Randall Lister.
