Daniel Lee Greene, 62, died August 14, 2016.

A native of Atlanta, Georgia, son of the late Victor Adair and Mariella Miller Greene, he was a U.S. Navy Veteran and was a retired band director for Anderson County District 1.

Surviving:

Surviving are his wife, Gail Hensley Greene of the home; a son, Austin Greene of Raleigh, North Carolina; a brother, Vic Greene (Janet) of Franklin, North Carolina; and two sisters, Lynn Miller (Alex) of Montreat, North Carolina and Shawn Sutton (Jim) of Old Fort, North Carolina.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at The Wood Mortuary.

Burial will follow in Wood Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held 10:00-10:45 a.m. Wednesday at The Wood Mortuary.
