David Lee Hines, 66, of 112-B El Craigo Drive, died March 6, 2014 at the Hospice House of the Carolina Foothills.

A native of Greenville County, he was a son of the late Clarence and Julie Rebel Hines.

Surviving:

Surviving are his wife, Audrey Abernathy Hines of the home; a daughter, Candice Nicole Owenby-Sambi and son-in-law Artie of Greer; a son, Billy Ray Hines of Greer; two grandchildren, Tripp Owenby and Jackson Hines; three brothers, Larry and Butch Hines both of Greer and Dan Hines of Fletcher, NC; and three sisters, Gail Douglas and Mary Ann Shelton both of Greer and Audrey Jenkins of Greenville.

Funeral Services:

A memorial service will be held 4:00 p.m. Sunday at Mount Lebanon Baptist Church, conducted by Rev. Mark Smith.

Visitation will be held 2:30 until 3:30 p.m. Sunday at the church prior to the service.

The family is at their respective homes.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the David L. Hines Memorial Fund, at Greer State Bank.
