Devon Heath Blackwell, 43, passed away September 12, 2023.

A native of Greer, SC, son of Gary and Kathryn Blackwell, he was a diesel mechanic for G&W Equipment and of the Baptist faith.

Surviving:

Surviving in addition to his parents are three sons, Walker Blackwell, Silas Blackwell, and Asa Blackwell; one daughter, Colebie Blackwell; one sister, Heather B. Allen (Scott) of Lyman, SC; one nephew, Emory; and special friend, Monica Stewart and her sons, Drake and Tay.

Mr. Blackwell was predeceased by one son, Jackson Blackwell; paternal grandparents, Durham and Ellen Blackwell; and maternal grandparents, Jay and Anna Doolittle.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, September 15, 2023, at The Wood Mortuary Chapel conducted by Rev. Bill Cole.

Visitation will be held 12:30-1:45 p.m. Friday, September 15, 2023, at The Wood Mortuary.

The family will be at their respective homes.
