Florence Perry Sloan, 92, wife of the late Charles Lindberg Sloan, passed away August 24, 2024.

A native of Greer, South Carolina, daughter of the late William Jefferson and Ola O'Kelley Perry, she was a retired administrative assistant and a member of Washington Baptist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are one son, Gary Sloan of Greer, South Carolina; one daughter, Karen Denise Atencio (Joseph) of Albuquerque, New Mexico; one sister, Margie Hightower of Taylors, South Carolina; and one grandchild, Matthew Atencio of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Mrs. Sloan was predeceased by eight brothers, Arthur Perry, William Perry, Harold Perry, Norman Perry, Ed Perry, Fred Perry, Clifford Perry, and Robert Perry; and six sisters, Ailene Norris, Louise Wright, Ethel Campbell, Mary Lindsey, Irene Pruitt, and Ruth Hardin.

Funeral Services:

A crypt side service will be held 11 a.m. August 30, 2024, at Hillcrest Memory Gardens Mausoleum conducted by Dr. Drew Hines.

The family will be at their respective homes.
