Jack Edward Barbare, 71, passed away at his home, Saturday, February 11, 2017.
A native of Greenville County, a son of the late Benjamin Claude and Lula Rosezell Mullinax Barbare, he was a retired sales representative of Wholesale Industrial Electronics, a U.S. Navy veteran, and a member of Double Springs Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Carrie Ann Allen Barbare of the home; two sons and daughters-in-law, Travis and Suzanne Barbare and Tyler and Sherie Barbare all of Greer; seven grandchildren, Kayla, Trent, and Emily Barbare, Mallory Williams, Chase, Makayla and Cameron Barbare.
Jack was predeceased by three sisters, Evelyn Clyde, Doris Barbare and Shelba Painter.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 13, 2017, at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Rev. Keith Mincey and Rev. Dewitt Clyde.
Burial will be private at Hillcrest Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be held 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Monday prior to the service at the mortuary.
The family will be at the home.
