John Perry Green, Jr., 76, passed away January 9, 2024.

A native of Greenville County, son of the late John Perry Green, Sr., and Mildred Robison Green, he was a U.S. Air Force veteran, a retired supervisor for Michelin and of the Baptist faith.

Surviving:

Surviving are his wife, Patricia "Pat" Rice Green of the home; a son, Dylan Green
of Greer; two daughters, Heather Gotee of Greenville and Hollie Russell of Greenville; two stepsons, Thomas E. Merritt (Sherri) of Greer and Dwayne Merritt (Angela) of Inman; stepdaughter Teresa Merritt; sister, Diane G. Cochran of Greer; and four grandchildren.

He was predeceased by one sister, Martha Brockman.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, January 15, 2024, at The Wood Mortuary conducted by Rev. Chris Harrison.

Burial will follow in Abner Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held 12:30-1:45 p.m. Monday, January 15, 2024, at The Wood Mortuary.

The family is at their respective homes.
