Milford Odell Howard, 92, son of the late Davis Milford and Narcissie Howard, went to his forever home in heaven on October 21st, 2017, surrounded by his family.

A native of Greenville county, he was a faithful member of Washington Baptist Church, a US Army veteran of the Korean War and a Purple Heart recipient.

Surviving:

He is survived by his sons, Ralph Howard of the home, Ronnie Howard (Lana) and Michael Howard (Shirley) all of Greer; seven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

He was welcomed into heaven by his late wife of 66 years, Doris Sawyer Howard; son, William Milford Howard; five brothers and three sisters.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at Washington Baptist Church conducted by Dr. Drew Hines.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be held 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday, October 23, 2017 at The Wood Mortuary.
