Marvin Boyce Harvey, 78, widower of Frances Lanelle Pack Harvey, passed away June 12, 2017.

A native of Spartanburg County, son of the late Woodrow Wilson and Lula Mae Simmons Harvey, he was a retired U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran after 20 years of service, a retired teacher for Piedmont Technical College, and a mason.

Surviving:

Surviving are a daughter, Kim Burrell (David) of Landrum; granddaughter, Kristy Thomas; two grandsons, Dustin and Dillon Burrell; and one sister, Adele Malone of Campobello.

Mr. Harvey was predeceased by a brother, Larry Harvey and one sister, Carolyn Fowler.

Funeral Services:

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 15, 2017 at Wood Memorial Park.
