Nell Hunter Britt passed away on June 22, 2015 at Magnolia Place.

Born November 17, 1918 in Rock Hill, SC. She was the daughter of the late Claude Hunter and Louise Dendy Hunter.

Nell was married to the late Woodrow Britt and lived in Myrtle Beach for a number of years.

Nell was a member of The First Baptist Church of Lyman and was active in Sunday School and the WMU. After retirement she enjoyed traveling and visiting to many states as well as Canada.

Surviving:

Survivors include one brother, Claude Hunter, Jr., of Rock Hill; nephews, Johnny Wade (Doris) of Greer, Claude Hunter, III (Peggy) and Bobby Hunter of Rock Hill; a niece Jane Wade Sargent (Kenneth) of Bartlett, TN and by a number of great-nieces and great-nephews.

Funeral Services:

The graveside service will be held at Hillcrest Memory Gardens on Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. conducted by Rev. Jim Perry.

Visitation will be held following the service at the gravesite.

A special thanks to the wonderful staff of Magnolia Place as well as the
staff at the Skylyn Place. The visits from family and friends were so dear to her.

The family will be at the home of Johnny and Doris Wade, 190 Argo Drive, Greer, SC 29651.
