Paul Edwin Kelly, 92, passed away April 30, 2023.

A native of Spartanburg County, son of the late Walter Lee Kelly and Pearlie Pearson Kelly Matthews, he was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War, a retired employee of Springs Industries, and a member of Tucapau Baptist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are his wife, Sara Moss Welch Kelly of the home; three sons, Darryl Kelly (Jean) of Inman, Dale Kelly (Sara) of Easley, and Devery Kelly (Karen) of Duncan; a stepson, Jeff Welch (Donna) of Reidville; 15 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Mr. Kelly was predeceased by a sister, Shirley Elonar Kelly Sturkie.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, May 4, 2023, at The Wood Mortuary conducted by Rev. Bradley Cox.

Burial will follow in Wood Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Tim Kelly, Kevery Kelly, Ryne Welch, Ridge Welch, and Reid Welch.

Visitation will be held 12:45-1:45 p.m. Thursday at The Wood Mortuary.

The family is at their respective homes.
