Susan Verina Gosnell Smith, 71, widow of Julius "Woody" Smith, passed away
February 4, 2022.

A native of Spartanburg, daughter of the late Frank and Agnes Sherbert Gosnell,
she worked at Lee Fibers and was a member of Blue Ridge Baptist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are one son, Anthony "Tony" Taylor of Greer; two brothers, Joseph
Gosnell, Sr. (Mary Sue) of Duncan; Ronnie Gosnell (Janice) of Greer; one sister,
Cathy Bates of Wellford; and one granddaughter, Jordan.

Mrs. Smith was predeceased by one sister, Shelia Gosnell.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, February 10, 2022, at Blue Ridge
Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Chad Hastings.

Burial will follow in Blue Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held 11:30 a.m. ? 2:45 p.m., Thursday, February 10, 2022, at Blue
Ridge Baptist Church.

Pallbearers will be Perry Gosnell, Joe Gosnell, Jr., Jeffrey Gosnell, Junior Howard,
Wesley Gosnell, and Dallas Gosnell.

Honorary pallbearers will be Susan's Sunday School Class.

The family will be at their respective homes.

Greer, SC 29651.
