Travis "Ed" Edward Ellenburg, 87, of 113 Carolina Avenue, died August 17, 2013 at his home.

A native of Greenville County, son of the late Fred R. and Essie Wright Ellenburg, he was a WWII Veteran of the U.S. Marines, a retired Sergeant Major with the U.S. National Guard and a member of Harmony Fellowship.

Surviving:

Surviving are his wife, Peggy Miller Ellenburg of the home; a daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia and Larry Good of Greer; a son and daughter-in-law, Phillip and Wanda Ellenburg of Taylors; one granddaughter, Jennifer Gibson and her husband, David of Spartanburg; and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 4:00 p.m. Sunday at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Rev. Dan Smith and Leon Campbell. Burial will follow in Mountain View Cemetery.

Visitation will be held 2:45-3:45 p.m. Sunday at The Wood Mortuary.

The family is at the home of Phillip and Wanda Ellenburg, 100 Valley Dale Lane, Taylors.
