Plate 108 helps teach life skills to Five Oaks Academy students

Five Oaks Academy students, 6th - 8th grades, made a 4-course Thanksgiving dinner at Plate 108 last month.
The goal was to give them the full Thanksgiving experience, from food selection and preparation, to cleaning pots and pans after dinner. The best part, of course, was enjoying the fruits (and vegetables) of their labors for the four-course meal.
