The past and the presentJohn Kimbrell, left, and Allen Smith had plenty to talk about at the Cops for Tots golf tournament at Greer Country Club Tuesday. Smith took over as president and CEO of the Greater Greer Chamber of Commerce when Kimbrell resigned to take a similar position at the Gaston (N.C.) Regional Chamber of Commerce.
