Five Riverside High School Students attended the Youth in Government National Judicial Competition in July.
The competition was held in Chicago.
The Mock Trial Team was made up of Autumn Shea, Carolyn Bubanich, Nikita Annand, Lauren Brady and Emma Buckley. This team placed 11th in the nation out of 55 teams.
Team participants compete as attorneys and witnesses for both sides of a trial court case. They are judged as individuals and as a team. A
Autumn Shea, a Riverside Senior, won Best Witness in the Nation.?
