The Standard: A Refined Kitchen will seat 185 guests in more than 7,000-square-feet of indoor and outdoor dining space at Drayton Mills Marketplace.
The menu will feature fresh, made to order items including salads, sandwiches, burgers, pasta and offer some of its signature entrees such as St. Louis ribs, Southern Fried Chicken, Grilled Atlantic Salmon, and Lump Crab Cakes. House made desserts will top off the menu.
The atmosphere will be more casual than the company’s traditional steak and seafood restaurants. Lunch and dinner will be offered.
“I couldn’t be more excited about our new concept or the tremendous opportunity to have it introduced to the Spartanburg community at Drayton Mills Marketplace,” said Rick Ervin. “The vision for Drayton Mills by John Montgomery and his team coupled with the growing economy of the Spartanburg market served as the spark for our company to want to be part of this development.”
The Standard will join other tenants, including M?zza Roasters and Melotte Enterprises Inc., a coffee roasting business, coffee shop and corporate headquarters; and the regional offices of Agracel, Inc., an industrial developer headquartered in Effingham, Ill.
Drayton Mills Marketplace is the commercial portion of the Drayton Mills project, which also includes 289 luxury loft apartments with 70 floor plans and a 3-mile greenway trail.
