Trash collection will be delayed next week due to Labor Day being a holiday for city, state and federal workers.
City of Greer residential trash will not be collected on Monday with the schedule moved back one day. Normal Monday collection will be Tuesday and subsequent daily collection will follow one day later next week.
Residents in private neighborhoods are advised to check with their homeowners associations for holiday trash pickup schedules.
