Toni Connor, Village Hospital Community Education Coordinator, has assembled a unique representation of Village Hospital staff and services that available free to visitors to the Greer Family Fest May 3-4.
Visitors to the Greer Family Fest will have a unique opportunity to meet medical specialists, get screenings and premium education about programs that will help maintain a nutritional and fit quality of life.
Village Hospital is the presenting sponsor of the annual Greer Family Festival, this year scheduled May 3-4 in downtown Greer. There will be four stations, each available for four hours to provide time to enjoy the entertainment at the Festival plus take in as many of the medical opportunities available.
Doctors and personnel will be available representing the emergency room, Village Surgical Services and Family Medicine and Village Orthopaedic Surgery. Screenings for blood pressure and take home test for colon cancer will be available as well as Regional Weight Loss services, nutritional guidelines from clinical dietician Priscilla Dhas, and other information from the hospital’s services.
Families will get to view the Regional One Medical Helicopter and its team, face painting and games will also be available.
