James Wagner has been hired as general manager at Tuscanos Brazilian Grill.
Tucanos Brazilian Grill is scheduled to open in February.
James Wagner, who has been in the restaurant-hospitality business for more than 10 years, will open the first Tucanos in South Carolina and 10th nationally.
Wagner is a former owner/operator of a restaurant and is versed in front- and back-of-the house knowledge.
“I’ve been in the restaurant business a long time, and I’ve never seen a concept as fun or exciting as Tucanos,” Wagner said. “My favorite part of this business is delighting the guests, and Tucanos combines a phenomenal full-service, unlimited dining experience with the most spectacular array of delicious, authentic Brazilian food options in the region. It promises to be a real treat for the Upstate.”
“Our leadership team is a key component in delivering our distinct guest experience,” said Steve Oldham, Tucanos’ founder and CEO. “We’re thrilled to have James as our Greenville GM. As a long-time Greenville resident, with an extensive restaurant background, James is the perfect fit for our community-minded, guest-first culture.”
Tucanos is hiring full and part-time associates. Those interested should submit a resume here.
