The Wells Fargo Foundation has given $25,000 to assist students in the Quick Jobs With a Future program at Greenville Technical College.   The gift to the Greenville Tech Foundation will be used to provide tuition support for students pursuing the skills needed to start in a career field that is hiring in Greenville County.

Most of the students are persons who have been employed but are now unemployed, underemployed or need new skills to assure continued employment.

“Workforce Development is an important focus of our foundation’s support. We want to help people become successfully employed. When that happens, everyone wins," said Greenville Wells Fargo Bank Market President, Brian Rogers.

"This gift could help up to twenty people, maybe more, become successful self-supporting citizens, supporting themselves and their families and contributing to our community. This gift will change lives," said Keith Miller, Greenville Tech President.
