Downtown visitors should be aware of two Trade Street road closures Sunday and Monday.
• Sunday, noon – 5 p.m., the 300 block of Trade Street and the Depot parking lot will be closed for a car show.
Within two weeks three downtown eateries – two within the 200 block of Trade Street – have closed.
The Greer Station Diner, previously Southern Thymes Cafe, Rhythms on Trade and the Cupcake Castle have gone out of business. All three have signs on their doors indicating their closings.
