Auditions will be held July 27 and 29 for the Greer Children’s Theatre production of The Little Mermaid Jr.
Children ages 5 to seniors in high school will be held at the Greer Recreation Center at 226 Oakland Avenue. Auditions are Saturday, July 27 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. and Monday, July 29 from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Callbacks are Tuesday, July 30 at 6 p.m.
Ariel and Eric characters must be 13-years-old and up. Casting is for 60-80.
The auditions will take place in groups of 5-8. Candidates are asked to learn a simple dance, prepare 16 bars of a favorite song and some may be asked to do a cold read.
The production will be performed Oct. 18-20 and 25-26. Tickets go on sale Wednesday, Sept. 18.
