Be aware of how you feel
Lisa Hawkins Lynn

Happy first week of July and hopefully happy two good weeks into Plexus. More than anything I am thrilled with how great I feel and the energy I've had since I started.

I'm still hovering at 2.5 pounds but I will measure this week my overall inches lost so far, it’s 6 inches. It may move this week or it may not though I am convinced it will work with all the testimonies I am getting from some of you and have read from other users.

As I mentioned in the past, do not get discouraged if you haven't seen the scales move yet, and please don't get on them daily. Start to be aware of how you feel, if your clothes are fitting looser and even then it may take one person longer than another.

I've seen pictures of other product users in our particular group that reaches from Florida to Texas who have said how grateful they are that they did not give up, so please don't. I want to hear from you, one of the men from our group has lost eight pounds in two weeks. He was happy but didn't know if that was a big deal. Yes it is.

I came across the tip that your powder will mix better if the water has not been refrigerated. I keep several bottles of water in the pantry for that reason.

Here’s another tip from the question: “Do you suffer from sugar cravings, inexplicable fatigue, bloating, anxiety or a ‘brain fog’? If you answered yes to one of these symptoms it may be the result of an overabundance of Candida. ProBio5 assists with the reduction.

I have now added that to my health regime.

Below is an excerpt from an excellent book on finishing as a winner.

"Expect to Win. It’s NEVER too late to achieve your goals"

By John Mason

“There’s nothing in the middle of the road, but yellow stripes and dead armadillo,” says Jim Hightower. Decide to do something now to make your life better. The choice is yours.

“My decision is maybe — and that’s final.” Is this you? Being decisive is essential for a successful life. If you deny yourself commitment, what will you do with your life? Every accomplishment, great or small, starts with a decision.

David Ambrose said, “If you have the will to win, you have achieved half your success; if you don’t, you have achieved half your failure.”

Expect to get to your best health possible and to the size that you want to be AND YOU WILL!

Have a safe and happy 4th!
