The members of the Blue Ridge High School FBLA chapter received recognition in several competitive events at the FBLA State Leadership Conferences held in Charleston last weekend.
The competitive events were part of a two-day program for FBLA members from around the state. The chapter had 21 members attending the conference. Students also went sightseeing and shopping in the historical Charleston.
The following students will be traveling to San Antonio, Texas in June to compete at the National Conference:
• Jenna Church, Ashling O’Boyle, and Abby Roth - 2nd Place in E-Commerce
• Laural Koubek and Kaylee Jo Fowler – 2nd in Emerging Business Issues
• Kennedy Crump and Karlee Gibson – 2nd Place in Digital Video Production
• Shaun Belue and Rebecca Stone – 1st Place in Business Ethics
These members placed in the following events:
• Taylor Bowen and Alyson Craing – 5th Place in Digital Design and Promotion
• Kayla Hart and Bailey Hendley – 4th Place in E-Commerce
• Rob Battenfield and Jaci Wilkerson – 3rd Place Business Presentation
