CertusBank, headquartered in Greenville, is a full service regional company resident across South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida.
The acquisition is pending regulatory approval.
In 2011 CertusBank acquired the franchises of the former Community South, First Georgia and Atlantic Southern Bank.
