Finigan won $100 from Greer Commission of Public Works in the utility’s monthly eBill promotion. She opted to donate the money to Greer Relief and thus it was doubled to $200 by CPW with its Caring People Working Together initiative with the non-profit.
The program helps people in Greer who cannot pay their utility bill. Those funds are donated directly to Greer Relief, which CPW matches up to $25,000 for a total of $50,000.
