“Gee” has a new mailing address.
Lonnie “Gee” McGee, who was brought to the Whitten Center in Clinton Saturday by two Greer Police Department officers, will get his mail at:

A spokesperson told GreerToday.com the full name should be used since Gee is a new resident.
Gee will be celebrating Thanksgiving at the Whitten Center much like most of Greer residents with turkey and all the trimmings. Televisions are available and will be tuned into football games, including the Carolina Panthers versus Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day.
Plans are being made to bring Gee to Greer for the Dec. 6 Christmas Parade. GreerToday.com will continue to keep the community updated as Gee news develops.
Greer residents should also remember Gee’s great-aunt, Hattie Robinson, 89, who asked for aid because of her battle with cancer that was recently diagnosed.
