Greene exhibit coming to Greer Heritage Museum

A major exhibit of the art of Clint "Pepper" Greene will be at the Greer Heritage Museum Oct. 28 – Dec. 3 The public is welcome to the artist reception Saturday Oct. 29 at 7-9 p.m.
Greene, a Greer native, is the son of Clint Greene and the late Suzanne Greene, the beloved Greer artist.  Clint studied fine art at Atlanta College of Art where he was chosen as a participant in The Young Artist Session.  
He worked for fashion designer Stephen Yearick as artist/illustrator and was resident set designer for Café & Then Some for 15 years.  His private exhibits of original art from Greer, Greenville, Atlanta, and the Bahamas have been well received over his 40-year career.
The exhibit is dedicated to his mother. The art will be available for purchase.
Admission to the museum, at 106 S. Main Street, is free. Hours are Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Call 877-3377 for more information.
