Whittany Evans, from Greer, is crowned 2013 Miss Blue Ridge Foothills by last year’s queen, Chelcee Coffman. Whittany will compete in the Miss South Carolina pageant in Columbia in July.
Caroline Cavendish, from Spartanburg, is crowned 2013 Miss Blue Ridge Foothills Teen by Kristen Chester, the 2012 queen. Caroline will compete in the Miss South Carolina Teen pageant in Columbia in July.

Evans, who lives in Greer, is a student at the University of South Carolina Upstate. Cavendish, from Spartanburg, is a sophomore at Dorman High School.
They will compete in the Miss South Carolina and Teen pageant in Columbia in July.
