Mayor Rick Danner begins Tall Tales on Tuesday. His subject, “Doing The Right Thing”, can be heard at 7 p.m. at the Cannon Centre.
The Greer Cultural Arts is producing the 30-minute storytelling session and will feature a 10-minute craft session each week.
Joada Hiatt, who started the summer series last week, will end the 9-week series on Aug. 9 with a special workshop, 10 a.m. – noon, to teach children ages 9 and how to create stories. The children will tell their stores that evening.
The Cannon Centre is at 204 Cannon Street.
