The largest spec warehouse built in Greer is completed and being leased.

Beacon Partners and Cullum Interests partnered on the 240,101-square-foot venture at 545 Brookshire Road in Velocity Park.

The facility is three-tenths of a mile from BMW’s Greer assembly plant. The 14.1-acre site is less than two miles from I-85 and two miles from the Inland Port.

The warehouse offers tenants front-load access with 36 dock-high doors, four drive-in doors, 32-feet of clear height, and a 185-foot concrete truck court.

“The building’s easy access to I-85 and the Inland Port, coupled with the building’s amenities make the site attractive to most end users,” said Sean McDonnell, a director with Beacon Partners.

Allen Cullum, from Greer, is an investor of business properties in greater Greer. Beacon Partners is a Charlotte-based commercial real estate firm. NAI Earle Furman is leasing the property.

Cullum also provided the land where Minghua’s Jiangnan Mold Plastic Technology Corp. is investing $45 million and creating 150 jobs in the next five years at a 260,000-square-foot-facility on Robinson Road. It is China’s first venture in Greer as an automobile supplier.
