Leland Burch's book signing was an entertaining journey down memory lane.

The invitation only event at the Grove at Pennington didn’t stop four party crashers who didn’t want to miss the long-time editor of the Greer Citizen introduce his first book to family and life-long friends.
It was an entertaining event with Burch reading two columns from his just-published book and one column to tease into a second book that is in the works. Burch’s humor writing virtually was a perennial state award winner. But his columns also represented glimpses of history as it developed in Greer.
