Lynn is all-in supporting Morris and her ministry. "Marne Hannon asked me to help, so when introduced me to Leanna, I instantly knew I wanted to be a part of this bigger picture." said Lynn.
Lynn has organized an all-day fundraising musical festival at the Stomping Grounds Saturday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. The local bands participate in their church’s praise teams and will donate their time plus tips earned during their performances.
Lisa Garland, owner of Stomping Grounds, is donating 10 percent of the day’s proceeds.
Mary Maxwell, 10, of Spartanburg, and her friend, Molly, who make earrings sold at the coffee and wine shop, are selling a pair for $5 each. Proceeds will be donated to Samaritan’s Purse.
The musicians and their performance times are:
10-11 a.m. – Will Howell
11 a.m. – 1 p.m. – Barley Cove
